In order to provide our customers with safe, secure and reliable services, we have established the basic policies described below which all our employees are fully aware of and comply with.

We comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other related laws, regulations and codes. We have also established internal regulations (hereinafter “Company Regulations”) concerning the protection of personal information which we strive to implement, maintain and continuously improve on.
We have established a management system for the protection of personal information and strive to ensure that our officers and employees are well informed of the Company Regulations and that they comply therewith.
We only handle personal information within the scope of the purpose of use clearly expressed to the customer. We do not disclose or provide personal information received from our customers to other third parties except where consent has been obtained from the customer or where there are justifiable grounds therefor.
We endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, prevent unauthorized access thereto and prevent personal information being leaked, lost or damaged. We also endeavor to continuously improve and implement corrective measures in our information security.
We respond to inquiries from customers concerning personal information and requests for the disclosure, etc. thereof promptly and in good faith.

- Purpose of Use of Personal Information
When customers provide us with their personal information, we clearly explain the purpose of use of that personal information beforehand and only use the same within the scope of that purpose. If we need to use a customer’s personal information beyond the scope of the purpose of use explained beforehand, we do so after notifying the customer of the fact and obtaining consent therefrom.

The Company does not disclose or provide customers’ personal information to any third parties except in the following cases.
Consent is obtained from the customer
Pursuant to laws and regulations
It is necessary in order to protect the life, body or property of a person and there is difficulty in obtaining the consent of the customer
The handling of personal information is consigned to another party to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use of the information
Our business is succeeded to due to a merger, company split, business transfer or other reasons
Notwithstanding (1) above, if the Company determines it to be more appropriate to have an affiliated company or agent of ours handle issues related to the provision of services to customers or to respond to inquiries, we may provide customers’ addresses, names and telephone numbers, etc. to such affiliated companies, etc. In this case, the customer may request us to cease providing personal information thereto.

To inquire about the disclosure, correction or deletion of customers’ personal information, contact us using the inquiry form.
- Other matters
In order to provide better services, we may obtain your access log information. We appreciate your understanding. We do not obtain access logs for the purpose of ascertaining any personally identifiable information.
Cookie and IP address information is not considered to be personal information because it cannot uniquely identify specific individuals. You can refuse to accept cookies by going to your browser settings.
